At the heart of UA-Tech is a passionate team of professionals, researchers, and educators dedicated to reimagining learning for all ages. From cutting-edge technology to creative arts, our multidisciplinary team brings deep expertise, real-world experience, and a shared belief: that learning should be dynamic, hands-on, and transformative.

Our extended team includes experts in artificial intelligence, software engineering, aerospace, robotics, creative design, and education—each bringing a unique perspective to the classroom. While their backgrounds are diverse, they’re united by a shared goal: to inspire the next generation of thinkers, makers, and doers.

💡 THE FOUNDER

Andy Koh

With over 13 years in the Republic of Singapore Air Force and leadership roles in both academia and the private sector, Andy blends deep technical knowledge with a strong vision for practical, challenge-based education. He believes in building a learning environment where students are empowered to think boldly and solve real-world problems with curiosity and confidence.

Andy Koh brings over 13 years of professional experience in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), where he developed deep expertise in aviation, with a focus on UAV operations, engineering, and military intelligence. His exceptional performance has been recognized through numerous awards, reflecting his dedication and technical excellence.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Second Upper Class Honours) in Aerospace Systems Engineering from SIM University (Singapore) and a Master of Science in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University (UK).

During his tenure as a Research Program Manager at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Andy was invited to speak and serve as a panelist at the UAS Seminar in Korea, where he shared insights on Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Traffic Management in urban environments.

Andy has also held key leadership roles in the private sector, including Head of Operations and Senior Program Manager at ST Engineering, where he led pioneering efforts in AI, programming, and systems integration. Notably, he played a central role in the development and deployment of Unmanned Bus operations in Singapore, pushing the boundaries of autonomous mobility solutions.

As the founder, he is passionate about building a learning environment that sparks curiosity, fuels innovation, and empowers students to think outside the box as they craft real-world solutions.

🌟 THE CO-FOUNDER

Deng Chao

A researcher in aerospace and unmanned systems, Deng Chao is passionate about turning complex problems into accessible learning opportunities. Her mission is to create a vibrant, student-centered space where innovation, creativity, and hands-on application come together.

Deng Chao holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at NTU. Her research focuses on Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) separation management, with a particular interest in developing performance-based requirements for Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) technologies in complex urban airspaces.

As the founder of the company, she is committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment where students are inspired to innovate, think creatively, and develop practical solutions to real-world problems.
