1. Introduction
Welcome to [UA-TECH PTE. LTD.]<\/strong>. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our training programs, courses, materials, and related services (\u201cServices\u201d). By enrolling in or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>

2. Eligibility
To register for our courses, you must:

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove or deny access to any individual who:
\u2022 Disrupts learning environments
\u2022 Harasses instructors or other participants
\u2022 Misuses materials or breaches confidentiality
No refunds will be issued in cases of dismissal for misconduct.<\/p>

7. Limitation of Liability

\u2022 Any loss or damages arising from use or misuse of course content
